Who am I?
As a stay-at-home Army mom, I understand the importance of maintaining a smooth running household. I've been through a lot, battling with issues like acne, anxiety, postpartum depression, high cholesterol, and body image struggles. It can be difficult to stay afloat if you don't have good habits in place. However, I feel like I've had a breakthrough in achieving better overall health!
What I do…
I created this website to share my journey with others in the hope that it might help someone else as it has helped me. For years, I've been searching for ways to cure my acne, conquer my anxiety, overcome depression, and become the best version of myself. Through research and simply listening to my body, I have found that in balancing these 7 pillars of health, things started to heal and life is blissful. And I believe that they can benefit you too!
Why?
When Mom is happy, everyone in the household thrives! A mom's mental health has a huge impact on how her children develop. All a mom wants is the best for her kids, but it starts with taking care of ourselves first! So let's naturally find the good in life, and not let obstacles affect our inner peace. Every day we wake up alive, let's embrace gratitude, thankfulness, and blessings.
